CCIM's are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis, and form a business network encompassing 1,000 markets throughout the world. Flocke & Avoyer has several CCIM Associates as well a being a Sponsoring Broker firm.

ICSC
Flocke & Avoyer's entire team is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). ICSC is a global trade association of the shopping center industry. The principal aim of ICSC is to assist members in the development of their businesses through professional education conferences and conventions, publications, research and legislative action. Each year ICSC holds the premier five day shopping center conference in Las Vegas which draws over 30,000 attendees.

LOOPNET
Flocke & Avoyer has partnered with Loopnet to market properties on a nationwide basis. Through the use of Loopnet, client listings are immediately broadcast throughout the country. This system enables us to provide our client’s with a larger base of tenants and investors who are searching for certain qualities their properties may possess.

SDAR/MLS
Flocke & Avoyer is a member of the San Diego Association of Realtors (SDAR). This association assists us in the marketing of our client’s properties. SDAR’s Multiple Listing Service (MLS) allows users to search for properties we market that match their desired characteristics.

SDCCAR
Established in 1993, the San Diego County Commercial Association of Realtors is "the association" for all those engaged in Commercial Real Estate in San Diego County. An affiliate of the National Association of Realtors, SDCCAR's current membership is approximately 200 and growing.

ULI
Steve Avoyer and Jim Flocke are members of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), serving on various executive councils. The mission of the Urban Land Institute is to provide leadership in the responsible use of land to enhance the total environment.
