Jim, along with his partner, Steve Avoyer founded Flocke & Avoyer in 1985, after 12 years each with CB Commercial, to concentrate solely on the marketing of retail properties. Flocke & Avoyer has completed over $3.5 billion dollars in total sales and lease transactions since its founding. It is the exclusive marketing agent for over 100 retail projects totaling more than 13 million square feet of retail space throughout San Diego County. Jim's speciality is the marketing and consulting on the development of anchored retail projects. He has been involved in many of San Diego's most prominent retail development projects.
