Jim Flocke and Steve Avoyer, both graduates of USC (University of Southern California) founded the company in 1985 after resigning as Associate Vice Presidents with CB Commercial (now CB Richard Ellis). Looking to serve San Diego as real estate specialists, specifically in the retail market, they have made a strong impression within the retail community in Southern California.
