  • Recognized in 2006, 2005, 2004, 2002, 2000, 1999, 1998, 1997, 1996, 1995 and 1994 for completing more transactions than any broker at Flocke & Avoyer (greater than 55 transactions each year).  Involved in completing over 1,000 transactions to date.

  • Have handled the exclusive leasing of many prominent anchored shopping center projects throughout San Diego since project inception such as: the 535,000 SF Carmel Mountain Plaza (American Assets, Inc.), the 440,000 SF Santee Trolley Square (Vestar Development/Kimco Realty), the 265,000 SF 4S Commons Town Center (Regency Centers), the 255,000 SF Rio Vista Shopping Center (Sudberry Properties, Inc.), 410,000 SF Rancho San Diego Towne Center (Vestar Development Company), the 185,000 SF Chula Vista Crosings (Yacoel Properties, LLC), the 106,000 SF Bonita Point Plaza (Sudberry Properties, Inc.), and the 102,000 SF Penasquitos Village (Vestar Development Company).
  • Currently exclusive marketing agent for several proposed/under construction anchored shopping centers including: 385,000 SF Murrieta Plaza (GMS Realty), and 160,000 SF Montecito Village (Sunrise Company) and the 104,000 SF Newport Square (Regency Centers). 
  • Handled sale of $31.25 million sale of the Mission Marketplace (Oceanside), $22.79 million sale of University Square (San Diego), $19.82 million sale of The Lomas Santa Fe Plaza (Solana Beach), $16.1 million sale of Clairemont Village (San Diego) and the $13 million sale of River Run Village Apartments (San Diego) and the $5.5 million sale of Shelter Island Village (San Diego). 
  • Have exclusively handled tenant representation in multiple transactions with such tenants as:  Sav-On Drug Stores, Union Bank of California, Jimbo’s Naturally!, HomeTown Buffet, Score Learning Corp and San Diego County Credit Union.
