  • Involved as the lead broker in the investment sale of the ±210,000 SF University Square ($22.79 Million), the ±44,000 SF EastLake Village Center South ($9.975 Million), the ±65,000 SF Orange Village Plaza ($7 Million), and the ±15,000 SF Encinitas Retail Center ($3.1 Million).
  • In November, 1998, awarded the CCIM designation by the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. Participated in extensive education of market analysis, financial analysis and other decision making analysis relating to real estate investments.
  • Represented major institutional clients including Kmart Corporation, Burnham Pacific Properties, CalPers, City of San Jose Retirement Fund, LNR Property Corporation and MIG Realty Advisors.
  • Assisted with the San Diego site selection process for national retailers including Wendy’s Hamburgers, 7-Eleven, Gelson’s Markets, Home Base, Lucky Supermarkets, Fantastic Sam’s, Carls Jr., Baskin Robbins and La Salsa.
