Associate Trainee - “Runner”
Flocke
& Avoyer Commercial Real Estate has a 12-month “Runnership Program” where
you work closely with senior brokers in the marketing, financial analysis
and general assistance of all types and sizes of shopping centers and
commercial real estate product.
Hours:
Monday
- Friday / 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s
Degree
- California
Real Estate Sales License required upon or shortly after hiring.
The
ideal candidate is a dynamic, self-motivated individual with a desire
to excel in a professional environment. We are seeking an entrepreneurial
candidate who posses integrity, the ability to problem solve, good interpersonal
and communication skills and an ability to work in a fast paced sales
environment. Computer experience preferred in financial analysis, word
processing and data base management software.
