DAVID’S BRIDAL SIGNS LEASE
AT FORMER MISSION VALLEY STROUD’S BUILDING

San Diego, CA 92108 - Serhan Investments, Inc. has leased approximately 10,771 square feet in the former Mission Valley Stroud’s building located at 980 Camino de la Reina to David’s Bridal for a bridal wear shop.

The lease is for 10 years and a consideration of $3,653,739, according to Flocke & Avoyer Commercial Real Estate. The Tenant anticipates a May, 2004 opening.
