JOHNNY CARINO’S COUNTRY ITALIAN SIGNS LEASE
AT CREEKSIDE MARKET PLACE

San Marcos, CA 92069 - The City of San Marcos has leased approximately 41,991 square feet in the Creekside Market Place located at the SEC Highway 78 and San Marcos Blvd., San Marcos, CA 92069 to Breckenridge Group, Inc., doing business as Johnny Carino’s Country Italian for an Italian restaurant.

The lease is for 20 years and a consideration of $2,784,600.00, according to Flocke & Avoyer Commercial Real Estate. The Tenant anticipates a December, 2004 opening.

Bill Thaxton and Mike Seiber of Flocke & Avoyer Commercial Real Estate represented the Lessor in this transaction. The Lessee was represented by Tim McMahon of Grubb & Ellis.
