DAPHNE’S GREEK CAFÉ SIGNS LEASE
AT PLAZA PASEO REAL

Carlsbad, CA 92009 - Plaza Paseo Real Associates, LLC has leased approximately 2,162 square feet in the Plaza Paseo Real located at NWC El Camino Real and Aviara Pkwy., Carlsbad, CA 92009 to Fili Enterprises, Inc., doing business as Daphne’s Greek Café for a Greek restaurant.

The lease is for 10 years and a consideration of $825,019.20, according to Flocke & Avoyer Commercial Real Estate. The Tenant anticipates a September, 2004 opening.
