SLEEP TRAIN SIGNS FINAL LEASE
IN FORMER MISSION VALLEY STROUDS BUILDING

San Diego, CA 92108 - Cedar Investments has leased approximately 5,051 square feet in the former Mission Valley Strouds located at 980 Camino de la Reina, San Diego, CA 92108 to The Sleep Train, Inc. for a mattress and bedding store. The building is now 100% leased.

The lease is for 10 years and a consideration of $1,937,469.50, according to Flocke & Avoyer Commercial Real Estate. The Tenant anticipates a September, 2004 opening.
