SHOE PAVILLION SIGNS LEASE
AT MISSION VALLEY CENTER EAST

San Diego, CA 92108 - San Diego Retail, LLC has leased approximately 17,050 square feet in the Mission Valley Center East located at 2120 Camino del Rio North, San Diego, CA 92108 to Shoe Pavillion for a shoe store.

The lease is for 10 years and a consideration of $3,495,210.00, according to Flocke & Avoyer Commercial Real Estate. The Tenant anticipates a March, 2005 opening.
