STARBUCKS COFFEE SIGNS LEASE AT TORREY HILLS CENTER

San Diego, CA 92130 – Sorrento Hills Market Place, L.P. has leased approximately 1,852 square feet in the Torrey Hills Center located at SEC Carmel Mountain Rd. & E. Ocean Air Dr., San Diego, CA 92130 to Starbucks Coffee.

The lease is for 10 years and a consideration of $826,732.80, according to Flocke & Avoyer Commercial Real Estate. The Tenant anticipates an October, 2005 opening.
