SAN DIEGO COMMUNITY BANK SIGNS LEASE AT RUFFIN VILLAGE

San Diego, CA 92123 - Ruffin Village, LLC c/o Commercial Facilities has leased approximately 3,668 square feet in Ruffin Village located at 9363 Clairemont Mesa Blvd., Suite S, San Diego, CA 92123 to San Diego Community Bank for a bank branch.

The lease is for 10 years and a consideration of $881,140.44, according to Flocke & Avoyer Commercial Real Estate. The Tenant anticipates a July, 2005 opening.
