WEST COAST FLOORING SIGNS LEASE AT EASTLAKE DESIGN DISTRICT

Chula Vista, CA 91914 - Eastlake Design District, LLC has leased approximately 7,534 square feet in the Eastlake Design District located at 851 Showroom Place, Chula Vista, CA 91914 to E&C Flooring, a California Corporation, doing business as West Coast Flooring for a floor covering business.

The lease is for 6 years and a consideration of $874,401.48, according to Flocke & Avoyer Commercial Real Estate. The Tenant anticipates a January, 2006 opening.
