Chula Vista, CA 91914 - The Eastlake Company, LLC has sold approximately 2 acres of land in the Eastlake Village Center West mixed-use development located at the SWQ of Otay Lakes Road and the future Highway SR-125, Chula Vista, CA 91914 to Triad Partners, Inc. for a medical office building.

The sale is for a total consideration of $2,244,429.00, according to Flocke & Avoyer Commercial Real Estate.
