TOMMY BURGERS PURCHASES LAND
IN PALMDALE, CALIFORNIA

Palmdale, CA 93551 - Kmart Corporation has sold approximately 41,382 square feet of land in Palmdale, California to Tomdan Enterprises, Inc. for a proposed Tommy Burgers fast food restaurant.

The sale is for a consideration of $750,000.00, according to Flocke & Avoyer Commercial Real Estate.
