IN ALPINE, CALIFORNIA

Alpine, CA 92001 - Sharon and Al Haven have sold approximately 420,354 square feet of vacant commercial land in Alpine, CA 92001 to Albertsons, Inc. for a grocery anchored shopping center. The property sits at the intersection of Alpine Blvd. and South Grade Rd.

The sale was for a total consideration of $3,090,000.00, according to Flocke & Avoyer Commercial Real Estate.

Bill Thaxton and Steve Avoyer of Flocke & Avoyer Commercial Real Estate represented the Seller in this transaction and will handle the leasing on the project on behalf of Grant Tucker Properties.
