Sweetwater Plaza East Shopping Center Sold for $10.4 Million

National City, CA – The ±50,856 square foot Sweetwater Plaza East Shopping Center at 1717-1747 Sweetwater Road, National City, CA has been sold for $10,400,000. The buyer was Elon Frank Taliaferro Separate Property Trust and Elon Hayden Taliaferro Family Trust. The seller of the property(APN-563-161-74,563-162-63,65,66,68,70,72) was VLD Sweetwater, LLC c/o R&V Management, Inc. Carol Vassiliadis is manager of VLD Sweetwater.
